I would like a phone number or email address for Paula Larson to ask her questions about my contract and a change of address.
Ambur Hamilton at the Coquitlam gym (my “home” gym) has not been very helpful and in fact rude. She would not give me another contact to call as I was not satisfied with her solutions to my circumstances. I asked her twice, but she said that there was no one else above her that could help. Really? She dismissed me on the phone because she had a client waiting and was unwilling to help me further – I was clearly inconveniencing her. As a manager, she should have better priorities than that. I have moved out of the province and it has been 30 days since I gave the gym notice that I was moving. I have proof of my move in my hand; I had my new address at the time when I first gave the gym my “unofficial” notice. I think that should be enough. Ambur claims that even if I fax my info to her now, she needs to look at it, determine if it qualifies and if approved, I will still have to pay November’s fees. I haven’t used the gym since September! I’ve been in New Brunswick since October 1st. Please have someone with more sense and decorum than Ambur Hamilton contact me. My phone number is 506-470-9672.
