BOOTCAMP provides participants motivating group instruction focusing on cardiovascular exercises, strength training and abdominal/core training. It allows participants to work at their own level in a fun and creative way to achieve a total body workout. It breaks through plateaus and provides you with that needed push to help you reach your next fitness level.
